GUIDED VISITS TO THE DAIRY
We welcome group bookings
and offer the possibility to explore the various phases in producing Parmigiano Reggiano,
from the arrival of the fresh milk to the great storeroom where 22,000 wheels of cheese are left to mature for a minimum of 12 months
Recommended time to start the visit to follow the processing of the milk: 8:45am
We’re open EVERY DAY, Sundays and public holidays included, at the following times:

MORNING: from 8.30am to 12.30pm

AFTERNOON: from 4.00 to 7.30pm
- January 1st, Easter, August 15th, December 25th: closed
- SUNDAY AFTERNOON closed
- April 28-29: Open dairy factory
