We welcome from individual visitors to organized groups, by reservation.
You will have the opportunity to closely witness the various stages of Parmigiano Reggiano production:
from the arrival of freshly milked milk to the department store where 22,000 cheeses are aged for at least 12 months.
At the end there will be a small guided tasting
Starting time of the visit to follow the milk processing: 9.00 am
Price: Adults € 12.00; up to 17 years € 6.00
Guided tours are carried out from Monday to Saturday by reservation;
Sunday only for organized groups.
